I remember Joe from days when we both worked from Bolton DHQ. I always remember him with that smile "beaming", though his "customers" might not have seen the same side of him every minute they were being "dealt with". Nice to see a photo of the days of the "blue shirts and clip-on ties" pity the tunic was not of the earlier design with a belt and epaulettes, would have made him look even smarter, if that was possible !! Never thought I'd be leaving a message for his family so soon, a loss to the world, and too soon to leave all his loved ones behind. Deepest sympathies and regards, Neil Pearson (6276)
